With the virtual advent calendar from pinnry you give your girlfriend, boyfriend or partner 24 doors full of vouchers, memories and little messages. You send it as a link and it opens in the browser. It works just as well when the two of you live in different cities or countries.

4. Preview and give
After purchase you get two links by email: your management link and the link for the recipient. Available until 24 December; the calendar stays online until 31.01.2027 and is then deleted with all content.
The template set for partners fills all 24 doors with a starting point that you rewrite around your own story. One door might bring back your first date, another might show a saying from our collection. The pixel animations show your partner's name, drawn with the pinnry characters. Anything that does not sound like the two of you can be replaced with your own words.
Voucher cards turn the calendar into something that lasts beyond December. You might write in breakfast in bed, an evening without phones or a walk to your favourite place. Your partner taps “redeem” when the moment comes, and both of you can see which ones have been used. Your management link keeps track of the promises that are still open.
In a long-distance relationship small signs matter. With Plus for €9.99 you can upload your own photos and short videos of up to 30 seconds, such as a morning greeting or a song that means something to you both. Doors open at midnight German time. If your partner lives in another time zone, the opening time shifts accordingly. A missed day is no problem, the door can be opened later.

Does it work for a long-distance relationship?
Yes. The link reaches any country and opens in a browser on a phone or computer, with no app and no account.
Can I add my own photos and videos?
Yes, with Plus for €9.99. Videos can be up to 30 seconds long.
What time does a door open for my partner abroad?
Doors open at midnight German time (Europe/Berlin), so the local time depends on your partner's time zone.
Can I see when a voucher is redeemed?
Yes. Redeemed vouchers show up in your management link, and your partner sees the status as well.
Can I still edit doors after sending the link?
Yes, any door that has not been opened yet can be changed in your management link.
How do you handle photos and videos?
Location data (EXIF) is removed from photos and photos are resized. The calendar pages are not listed in search engines, and there is a report button for inappropriate content.
How long does the calendar stay online?
Until 31 January 2027. After that it is deleted automatically, including all photos and videos.
Which languages are available?
The fixed texts on the recipient page come in 17 languages: German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Czech, Turkish, Hungarian, Romanian and Croatian. The editor is available in English and German.
Which time zone do the doors follow?
German time. Each door opens at midnight in Berlin (Europe/Berlin), so for a recipient in London that is 11 pm the evening before, and in New York 6 pm.
What if I give it after 1 December?
All doors up to the current day are open right away, and the rest open day by day. You can buy until 24 December.
Is it a subscription, and can I try it first?
It is not a subscription: you pay €4.99, or €9.99 for Plus, once. Before that you can open a free preview with a watermark and without checkout, which lasts 24 hours and cannot be given as a gift.
Can I change the calendar after buying?
Yes. In your management link you can edit any door that has not been opened yet, and the test view shows you all doors in advance.
Which files can I upload?
With Plus, photos as JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC up to 15 MB and videos as MP4, MOV or WebM up to 20 MB and 30 seconds. Up to 200 MB per calendar in total.
