After purchase you get two links by email: your management link and the link for the recipient. Available until 24 December; the calendar stays online until 31.01.2027 and is then deleted with all content.
A gift between coworkers should be friendly without getting too personal. The coworkers template set gives you a starting point with sayings, short messages and pixel animations from our collection that show your colleague's name. You adjust each door so it fits your working day, and leave out anything that does not suit your team. Fireside Room or Starry Night work well as the calendar picture, both in pixel style.
Vouchers work well at work because they turn small favours into something visible. I will cover your late shift once, the next coffee is on me, I will empty the dishwasher this time. Your colleague taps “redeem” to claim one, and both of you can see what has been used. It makes for a few friendly words between meetings, even on grey December days.
The calendar also suits someone who is not in the office right now: on parental leave, after moving to another city or in a new job. The link arrives by messenger or email and opens without an app or an account. The calendar pages are not listed in search engines, and everything is deleted automatically on 31 January 2027. Missed doors can be opened later, whenever your colleague has a moment.

How much is a calendar for a coworker?
€4.99 for messages, vouchers, pixel animations and sayings, or €9.99 with your own photos and videos. It is a one-time payment.
Is it a good fit for Secret Santa?
Yes. You make it for one person and send them the link. You can even stay anonymous by entering something like “Your Secret Santa” as the sender.
Do I need my colleague's work email?
No. You do not need the recipient's address, only a way to send them the link.
Can I give several coworkers a calendar each?
Yes. Each calendar is for one named person, so you create a separate one for each colleague.
When do doors open for a colleague abroad?
Doors open at midnight German time (Europe/Berlin), so the local time depends on where your colleague is.
How do you handle photos and videos?
Location data (EXIF) is removed from photos and photos are resized. The calendar pages are not listed in search engines, and there is a report button for inappropriate content.
How long does the calendar stay online?
Until 31 January 2027. After that it is deleted automatically, including all photos and videos.
Which languages are available?
The fixed texts on the recipient page come in 17 languages: German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Czech, Turkish, Hungarian, Romanian and Croatian. The editor is available in English and German.
Which time zone do the doors follow?
German time. Each door opens at midnight in Berlin (Europe/Berlin), so for a recipient in London that is 11 pm the evening before, and in New York 6 pm.
What if I give it after 1 December?
All doors up to the current day are open right away, and the rest open day by day. You can buy until 24 December.
Is it a subscription, and can I try it first?
It is not a subscription: you pay €4.99, or €9.99 for Plus, once. Before that you can open a free preview with a watermark and without checkout, which lasts 24 hours and cannot be given as a gift.
Can I change the calendar after buying?
Yes. In your management link you can edit any door that has not been opened yet, and the test view shows you all doors in advance.
Which files can I upload?
With Plus, photos as JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC up to 15 MB and videos as MP4, MOV or WebM up to 20 MB and 30 seconds. Up to 200 MB per calendar in total.
