An online advent calendar for kids
The online advent calendar for kids shows a new door every day in December, often with a pixel animation that includes your child's name. You put the calendar together and your child opens it in a browser. No app and no account are needed.

After purchase you get two links by email: your management link and the link for the recipient. Available until 24 December; the calendar stays online until 31.01.2027 and is then deleted with all content.
Children love spotting their own name. That is why our collection includes pixel animations that show the child's name alongside the pinnry characters. The template set for kids spreads these animations, short messages and sayings across all 24 doors. You can rewrite any door, for example with a note for St Nicholas Day or a riddle that suits your child.
For many kids the vouchers are the highlight. Try baking cookies together, one extra bedtime story or an afternoon at the playground. Your child taps “redeem” when they want to use one, and both of you can see the status. That way a door becomes time spent together rather than another sweet. Your management link shows you which vouchers are still waiting to be used.
One door opens each day on German time, with a small opening animation. If the family is away for the weekend, your child can open the missed doors afterwards. Winter Forest or Starry Night work well as the calendar picture, both in pixel style. Before 1 December you can check every door in the test view, so you know exactly what your child will see. Doors that are still closed can be changed even in December.
Plus for €9.99 adds your own photos and videos of up to 30 seconds. Grandparents, godparents or friends can send you a short greeting to place behind a door. Photos are resized on upload and their location data is removed. The calendar pages are not listed in search engines, and everything is deleted automatically on 31 January 2027. A report button is there for inappropriate content.

What age is the calendar suitable for?
That is up to you, since you choose every piece of content. With younger children it works best to open the doors together on a phone or computer.
Does my child need an account?
No. The calendar opens from a link in a browser, with no app and no sign-up.
Can I give siblings a calendar each?
Yes. Each calendar has one recipient name, so you create a separate one for each child.
What happens to photos of my children?
Location data is removed and photos are resized. All photos and videos are deleted automatically on 31 January 2027.
Can my child open a door early?
No. Each door only opens on its day, at midnight German time (Europe/Berlin).
How do you handle photos and videos?
Location data (EXIF) is removed from photos and photos are resized. The calendar pages are not listed in search engines, and there is a report button for inappropriate content.
How long does the calendar stay online?
Until 31 January 2027. After that it is deleted automatically, including all photos and videos.
Which languages are available?
The fixed texts on the recipient page come in 17 languages: German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Czech, Turkish, Hungarian, Romanian and Croatian. The editor is available in English and German.
Which time zone do the doors follow?
German time. Each door opens at midnight in Berlin (Europe/Berlin), so for a recipient in London that is 11 pm the evening before, and in New York 6 pm.
What if I give it after 1 December?
All doors up to the current day are open right away, and the rest open day by day. You can buy until 24 December.
Is it a subscription, and can I try it first?
It is not a subscription: you pay €4.99, or €9.99 for Plus, once. Before that you can open a free preview with a watermark and without checkout, which lasts 24 hours and cannot be given as a gift.
Can I change the calendar after buying?
Yes. In your management link you can edit any door that has not been opened yet, and the test view shows you all doors in advance.
Which files can I upload?
With Plus, photos as JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC up to 15 MB and videos as MP4, MOV or WebM up to 20 MB and 30 seconds. Up to 200 MB per calendar in total.
