Advertising terms: season board partner

Status: 29/10/2026. The German version is binding.

1. Parties and scope

These terms apply to bookings of the “season board partner” on pinnry.com between Cards and Supplies, Armin Müller, Polarstr. 24, 95448 Bayreuth (“we”) and the booking business, club or creator (“partner”). Bookings are only possible for businesses within the meaning of section 14 German Civil Code, not for consumers; only the private greeting (section 12) can also be booked by consumers. Our general terms apply additionally, unless these terms say otherwise.

2. Service

We show the partner's logo, name, one sentence and a link on the pixel board in the start menu of the browser game Beanlings Kickoff. Rotating: one of up to 8 places per season, all partners are shown equally often. Exclusive: the whole board for one season plus a mention on the season page. Placement, design and size of the board are up to us. Depending on the package we also show the logo on the board in the pixel stadium (match report and live match), on the page “Our partners of the season”, in the thank-you post on our Discord at the start of the season and, for exclusive partners, in a partner bar at the foot of the Kickoff pages, as “presented by” in the matchday paper and in the newsletter footer. If the partner gives a Kickoff club ID, the club gets the badge “Partner der Saison” once we have confirmed it. Without approval nothing appears.

3. Review and right to decline

A person reviews every booking. We may decline any booking without giving reasons, in particular if it breaks the content rules. If we decline, we refund the full amount automatically.

4. Content rules

Young people also play the game. Not permitted: sexual or erotic content, including dating, criminal or illegal content, tobacco, e-cigarettes, vapes and other smoking products, drugs, including cannabis, alcohol, gambling and betting, including sports betting, casinos and lotteries, all financial products: loans, trading, crypto, insurance, investments, weapons, politics and religion, anything discriminatory, other games and gaming platforms (except our own), health claims and medicines, anything not suitable for children.

5. Term

The term is one season. If the running season is booked, the board runs from the day of approval until the end of the season, without a price reduction. Season dates may shift slightly; the season page in the game is decisive.

6. No reach guarantee

We do not guarantee a number of impressions or clicks. The partner receives a private report with impressions and clicks per day. We count without cookies and without personal data.

7. No refund after approval

After approval there is no refund, including if the board is shown for a shorter period because of maintenance or outages, or if it is removed under section 9.

8. Rights and liability

The partner confirms that they hold all rights to the logo, name, sentence and linked page, and that the content does not infringe the rights of third parties or the law. The partner indemnifies us against claims by third parties arising from the content provided, including reasonable legal costs.

9. Removal in case of breach

We may remove a board at any time if it or the linked page breaks these terms, the content rules or the law, or if the linked page changes in a way that breaks them.

10. Labelling

Every board is visibly marked “Anzeige” (ad). Links are marked as sponsored and open in a new tab.

11. Tournament naming right

The naming partner gives one recurring Kickoff tournament (Floodlight Cup, Weekend Cup) its name for one season, in the form “[tournament] presented by [partner]”, with the logo at the tournament, on the tournament page and in the result post. There is exactly one naming right per tournament and season. Tournament dates, number and format are up to us; tournaments may be cancelled for lack of participants.

12. Private greeting (also for consumers)

Private individuals aged 18 or over can book a greeting of up to 60 characters, optionally with a picture, that runs in rotation on the board for one season. Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 9 apply accordingly; the greeting contains no link. The private greeting is a consumer contract: you have a statutory right of withdrawal (see cancellation policy). The right of withdrawal expires when you have expressly agreed that we begin performing the contract before the withdrawal period ends and have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You receive an invoice in your name.
