Questions and answers
Can I send one for every Advent Sunday?
Yes. The pack of three works best: choose a different background for each, for example fireside room, winter forest and starry night.
What exactly do I get?
For each greeting an MP4 video (1080 × 1080 pixels, under 5 MB), a GIF (under 3 MB) and your own greeting page pinnry.com/gruss/… with a share button. The video plays in all common messengers, as a status and on social networks.
How fast is it ready?
Seconds after payment. You get the download link by email; if you open it early, the page waits briefly and then shows everything.
How much is a pixel greeting?
One greeting is 1,99 €, the pack of three with any three occasions 4,99 €. Background and character are included. The free sample with watermark costs nothing.
How long does the greeting page stay online?
One year from creation, then we delete it automatically. Download the MP4 and GIF within 30 days of your first download, at the latest 60 days after purchase. We can delete the page earlier on request.
Which languages are available?
The headline, “For” line and sample text come in German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Czech, Turkish, Hungarian, Romanian and Croatian, with all accents drawn in pixel style. Write your own message in whichever language you like.
Can anyone else see my greeting?
Only people with the link. The greeting page has a random address and is not listed in search engines.
Which characters are included?
Only pinnry’s own characters: Beanlings, pinnry animals and pixel footballers, all drawn in code. No photos, no characters from films or games.
