Frequently asked questions
What kind of mug is it?
Ceramic mug, printed all round, dishwasher safe.
How is the pixel motif printed?
Every pixel is placed by hand on a fixed grid and enlarged without smoothing, so the edges stay crisp. The slogan on the print is in German.
How long does delivery take?
Each piece is made after your order at our print partner and shipped from there, usually within 5 to 8 working days. We deliver to home addresses in Germany only, not to parcel lockers.
Can I return it?
Yes, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies. You pay for the return. If something is misprinted or damaged, you get a replacement.
What do the number, QR code and certificate mean?
Every piece gets a small badge below the design with a running number, a code to type in and a QR code; the first 100 per design and product are marked as first edition. The QR code leads to the certificate of authenticity on pinnry.com, where you add the piece to your collection. If you like, your name appears small in the badge at no extra charge. Number, QR code and certificate do not affect your right of withdrawal; only with your name is the piece made for you, and then there is no right of withdrawal.
