Questions and answers
How quickly do I get the file?
Right after payment you get a download link by email and on your order page. The file is ready within a minute or two, which makes it perfect for last-minute gifts.
What can I personalise?
Names, sender, date and, depending on the product, your own message. Pick one of four designs and choose German or English. The preview shows you exactly how it will look.
Can I send it digitally?
Yes. Besides the PDF you get an image for your phone that you can send straight away.
How do I print it?
On any home printer in A4. Slightly thicker paper looks nicer, but normal paper works fine.
Can I return it?
For digital content, the right of withdrawal ends once your file is created, which you agree to at checkout. If anything goes wrong with the download, get in touch and we will sort it out straight away.
